With over 25 combined years of experience in banking, sales and service, and learning and development within corporate America, Anika is excited to bring her expertise and skills to Nicole Reed Real Estate & Associates. Anika is a strategic leader, natural communicator, and relationship builder with a passion to educate, provide exceptional service, and help others succeed. She has an infectious enthusiasm that she brings to the many organizational boards and community initiatives that she serves and supports throughout Richmond City and surrounding areas like Chesterfield County, where she currently resides with her son, LJ.

Anika has always had a love for all things real estate. So much so that when her two, now adult daughters were little girls, the three of them would attend open houses all over Richmond on Sunday afternoons as a pastime!

Additionally, Anika’s sights have been set on a career in buying, selling, and investing in real estate; it just had to be the right time.

After realizing her dream of homeownership and becoming a grandmother, the vision became clearer to her, and the timing couldn’t have been more right.

Anika’s desire to help as many people as possible, especially first-time homebuyers or those who think “it’s not possible,” really drives her to work diligently for her clients to achieve their goals. With goals to establish generational wealth and a legacy for her own family, this became the motivation to share her knowledge, expertise, wisdom, and gifts through the world of real estate.
